Life Changes...
It is now time for me to change things. I will from tomorrow 13/5-2010 become healthier.
I need all the support I can get to make sure I won't fail... again. Last time I lost 11Kg with the diet GI. We moved and I was back on the bad road again. This time, I will not fail.
It is time to use my blog again, time to write down thoughts and keep myself justified.

Lycka till Alex! Jag vet hur det känns att inte vara nöjd i sitt skal. Vikt är det jobbigaste men när man väl har kommit fram till sitt mål så är det värt all möda! Du har mitt stöd iallafall. :) Kram
